Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AUTORIBES, based at Carrer Comte d'Altea 21, 03590 Altea, Alicante, Spain.

Quotes and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. A written quote is valid for 30 days. Work outside the quote is only carried out after explicit customer approval.

Warranty

We provide a warranty on completed work and the parts used. The warranty period varies by type of work and is stated explicitly in the quote. The warranty lapses in the event of misuse or subsequent repairs by third parties.

Liability

AUTORIBES is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of business or consequential damages. Our liability is limited in all cases to the invoiced amount of the relevant job.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies to all agreements with AUTORIBES. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Alicante.
